Service Description

During this consultation, we'll discuss your desired results. We'll learn your full color history, discuss the steps necessary to get your desired results. We'll discuss pricing, the health of your hair, and what to expect. A consultation is Not required for semi or demi permanent colors. This consultation can take 20 -30 minutes

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: To cancel your appointment, please contact us at LEAST 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in complete loss of deposit +40% fee of the service booked. No Call/No Show: All no call/no shows will result in loss of deposit + 100% of the service booked (NO EXCEPTIONS) Fee must be paid before rescheduling another appointment. Deposits: There are NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSIT or of ADVANCE PAYMENTS for services. If you need to RESCHEDULE, your appointment can be rescheduled within a 2 week period of the original appointment date. Not doing so will result in loss of deposit. If you need to reschedule outside of the 2-week window, another deposit is required.
