Custom Wig Unit (PLEASE READ)

Service Description

******There is a $50 deposit required for all units and is due upon booking this service. At drop off, measurements will be taken to ensure custom fitting of unit. The remaining balance is due once the unit has been completed***** Hair must be dropped off at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the date needed. If you have any additional questions please feel free to message me at 817-854-2290 FYI: the time you choose to book your custom unit will be designated for dropping off the hair. At dropoff, please specify part preferece, length, or any inspiration photos. We will discuss a pickup time and date or install appt date during this time. 》》》PLEASE READ《《《 I do not have a hair preference however I DO RECOMMENDED HD Lace for all closures and frontals to achieve the most natural look (swiss lace NOT recommended) *For 14"-24" length......you'll need 3 bundles and 1 lace closure (Preferably 5x5 or 4x4 HD lace closure for best results) * For 26"-30" length.... you'll need 4 bundles and 1 lace closure( Preferably 5x5 or 4x4 HD lace closure) This length options is $25 more due to the extra bundle being used or *2 bundles and 1 HD lace frontal (14"-24" bundles) *3 bundles and 1 HD lace frontal (26"-30" bundles) or *For BOBS only 2 bundles and an HD lace closure are recommended (10"or 12") both bundles must be the same length *For bobs if using packaged hair (3 pks and an HD lace closure are needed for fullness) *Customization and styling of unit is included in the price, INSTALL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (PLEASE BOOK SEPARATE)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: To cancel your appointment, please contact us at LEAST 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in complete loss of deposit +40% fee of the service booked and is due immediately. No Call/No Show: All no call/no shows will result in loss of deposit + 100% of the service booked (NO EXCEPTIONS) Fee must be paid before rescheduling another appointment. Deposits: There are NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSIT or of ADVANCE PAYMENTS for services. If you need to RESCHEDULE, your appointment can be rescheduled within a 2 week period of the original appointment date. Not doing so will result in loss of deposit. If you need to reschedule outside of the 2-week window, another deposit is required.
