Service Description

Hair must be brought in at least 72 hours prior to appointment. Scheduled time will be reserved for dropping off hair and color expectations will be discussed. DEPOSIT OF $20 IS DUE AT DROP-OFF/BOOKING... This is a COLOR ONLY service!!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: To cancel your appointment, please contact us at LEAST 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in complete loss of deposit +40% fee of the service booked. No Call/No Show: All no call/no shows will result in loss of deposit + 100% of the service booked (NO EXCEPTIONS) Fee must be paid before rescheduling another appointment. Deposits: There are NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSIT or of ADVANCE PAYMENTS for services. If you need to RESCHEDULE, your appointment can be rescheduled within a 2 week period of the original appointment date. Not doing so will result in loss of deposit. If you need to reschedule outside of the 2-week window, another deposit is required.
