Service Description
Hair is shampooed, conditioned, blown out, and straightened using silkening agents that protects the hair from heat damage and adds shine . A trim is also included in this service. *There will be an additional charge for hair that is matted or excessively tangled.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: To cancel your appointment, please contact us at LEAST 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in complete loss of deposit +40% fee of the service booked and is due immediately. No Call/No Show: All no call/no shows will result in loss of deposit + 100% of the service booked (NO EXCEPTIONS) Fee must be paid before rescheduling another appointment. Deposits: There are NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSIT or of ADVANCE PAYMENTS for services. If you need to RESCHEDULE, your appointment can be rescheduled within a 2 week period of the original appointment date. Not doing so will result in loss of deposit. If you need to reschedule outside of the 2-week window, another deposit is required.
