Service Description
No second guessing. Your hair thick, long, or Both. Also, this option is needed if your hair requires a lot of combing and detangling AFTER being shampooed and Blow drying, sectioning, and straightening takes longer than a normal time of 1 to 2 hours. Before the start of appt, hair should already be detangled and ready to be shampooed. Please contact me if you are unsure of which option to choose for silk press.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: To cancel your appointment, please contact us at LEAST 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in complete loss of deposit +40% fee of the service booked and is due immediately. No Call/No Show: All no call/no shows will result in loss of deposit + 100% of the service booked (NO EXCEPTIONS) Fee must be paid before rescheduling another appointment. Deposits: There are NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSIT or of ADVANCE PAYMENTS for services. If you need to RESCHEDULE, your appointment can be rescheduled within a 2 week period of the original appointment date. Not doing so will result in loss of deposit. If you need to reschedule outside of the 2-week window, another deposit is required.
