I'm Sheena Coulberson, also known as SheenatheManetamer. I'm a licensed Cosmetologist, Makeup Artist (MUA), and Cosmetology Instructor based in Arlington, Tx with over 15 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist and 8+ years as a cosmetology instructor. Through my experiences, I bring a wealth of expertise to every appointment.

At Manetamed Salon, we prioritize creating a comfortable space where every individual can feel at ease. I'm passionate about helping those who suffer from alopecia and dedicated to enhancing your natural beauty.

Originally from Monroe, LA, I've called Dallas home for 9 1/2 years now. When I'm not in the salon, I teach as a part time Instructor at Ogle Beauty School. I enjoy spending quality time with my daughter, close friends, and family. Cooking southern dishes, attending hair shows, traveling, and taking industry-related classes are some of my favorite pastimes. In December 2020, I earned my Associate's Degree in Business Administration, and I'm currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Management and Marketing.

 

Notable Experience: In 2017, I had the opportunity to work on the set of a TV show, providing either hair and/or makeup services for well-known figures like actor/Comedian Bruce Bruce, Actor Hawthorne James (Big Red of the Five Heartbeats), and Monyetta Shaw (from Atlanta Exes, Soul Men, Housewives of Atlanta.) In 2022, I had the pleasure of styling Actor Jason Mitchell (Straight out of Compton, The Chi, Kong Skull Island) and in 2023 provided Loc services for NFL player Ty Nsekhe of the Cleveland Browns.

 

My Product Line: In November 2018, I proudly launched my very own line of hair care products, including ManeTamed Edges (edge control), a follicle stimulating Growth Oil, squeaky strands shampoo, and soft strands conditioner.

My main goal is to ensure your hair is healthy, your experience with me is memorable, and your tresses are always Manetamed. I'm dedicated to providing excellent service and bringing out the beauty in you.
