Service Description
Please Do Not select this option if you have alot of locs or thick locs. There will be an additional charge of $20- $50 depending on the thickness and/or amount of locs in your head. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Note: I do NOT do microlocs or sisterlocs. With this service, your hair is shampooed and conditioned, the new growth of the locs is retwisted using the palm roll or comb method depending on your length to create a fresh look of the locs. All loc services require you to sit under a hair dryer for a minimum of 30-45 min.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: To cancel your appointment, please contact us at LEAST a FULL 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in complete loss of deposit +50% fee of the service booked and is due immediately. No Call/No Show: All no call/no shows will result in loss of deposit + 100% of the service booked (NO EXCEPTIONS) Fee must be paid before rescheduling another appointment. No Service Changes on the Appointment Date. You must receive the service you booked. If you are unsure of the service to book, please reach out prior to booking. Deposits: There are NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSIT or of ADVANCE PAYMENTS for services. If you need to RESCHEDULE, your appointment can be rescheduled once within a 2-week window of the original appointment date. If you need to reschedule outside of the 2-week window, another deposit/appointment is required. There is a 15 min Grace period. After 15 min, there will be a $20 LATE CHARGE.
