Service Description

This option is for natural hair that has not been previously relaxed or for hair that hasn't been relaxed in over a year and has over 4" of new growth. Basic style is included with this option. For extremely thick hair, there may be an upcharge of $25-$35

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: To cancel your appointment, please contact us at LEAST 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in complete loss of deposit +40% fee of the service booked and is due immediately. No Call/No Show: All no call/no shows will result in loss of deposit + 100% of the service booked (NO EXCEPTIONS) Fee must be paid before rescheduling another appointment. Deposits: There are NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSIT or of ADVANCE PAYMENTS for services. If you need to RESCHEDULE, your appointment can be rescheduled within a 2 week period of the original appointment date. Not doing so will result in loss of deposit. If you need to reschedule outside of the 2-week window, another deposit is required.
