Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: To cancel your appointment, please contact us at LEAST a FULL 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in complete loss of deposit +50% fee of the service booked and is due immediately. No Call/No Show: All no call/no shows will result in loss of deposit + 100% of the service booked (NO EXCEPTIONS) Fee must be paid before rescheduling another appointment. No Service Changes on the Appointment Date. You must receive the service you booked. If you are unsure of the service to book, please reach out prior to booking. Deposits: There are NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSIT or of ADVANCE PAYMENTS for services. If you need to RESCHEDULE, your appointment can be rescheduled once within a 2-week window of the original appointment date. If you need to reschedule outside of the 2-week window, another deposit/appointment is required. There is a 15 min Grace period. After 15 min, there will be a $20 LATE CHARGE.
